Our Contractors
Upon request by a client, we screen and test employees for drugs and perform a background check. We guarantee our contractors work performance. If you are not satisfied with their skill and work behavior, please notify us within the first (4) hours of the assignment and you will not be charged.
Our Responsibility
- Fidelity Systems pays all local, state and federal taxes.
- Fidelity Systems pays all unemployment insurance taxes.
- Fidelity Systems provides workers compensation insurance on all contractors.
- Fidelity Systems maintains all personnel/payroll records.
- Fidelity Systems screens and tests all contractors to make sure they have the required skills before we hire them.
- Fidelity Systems provides all required training for contractors to meet the needs of the client's professional environment.
